Rates

Therapy

• $100 for a 30 minute session

• $130 for a 45 minute session

Evaluations

• $225 for Speech Evaluation and report

• $275 for Language and Speech Evaluation and report

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA debit cards, and cash.

All sessions are self-pay only. However, I will provide you with a receipt that you may turn into your insurance for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you or your loved one, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is canceled less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged. Please note that most insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions.
